Our Story
After 15 years of vision and determination, Tasmania’s golf landscape has added a gem in the South. Here, seaside dunes create the perfect canvas for links golf at its purest. Native grasses dance in coastal breezes as you hear the relaxing soundtrack of waves on Seven Mile Beach. Returning seabirds signal environmental harmony. Learn how Mat Goggin is bringing his vision to life to in his home town of Hobart.
The Courses
The South Course
Mike DeVries & Mike Clayton of CDP Golf discovered what we always hoped existed at 7 Mile Beach – world-class golf holes hiding in these dunes. A links course that challenges without intimidating, where the ocean is your constant companion and every hole offers multiple ways to play.
The North Course
Within a mid-iron of some sections of the South Course lies the gently undulating sand dunes that we have set aside for recently announced North Course. Golf Course Architects King Collins Dormer are working on plans to take 7 Mile from a wonderful golf course to a true Australian links destination.
